No4 Rapid - Umkomaas

No.4 is a steep, fast rock garden type rapid leading into a dog's leg to the right. Look for the cleanest water centre-right and stay sharp. The water flowing to the right as you re-enter the main channel flows over a couple of ledges which can form big holes at high levels, so try to skirt right of them.
