Guinea Fowl Portage

Guinea Fowl portage is tough portage approximately 4km long and takes you through Devils Cauldren. The take-out is only 2.7km from the Hole-in-the-Wall put-in and 5km from the Campbells put-in, if you choose to paddle Hole-in-the-Wall.

The two main take-outs are on the left bank.They are not too steep however the water is deep so make sure of your footing. It can get congested in the later batches so head downriver to the second takeout around the corner if necessary.

There is a watering point at the top of the second hill (after you exit Devil's Cauldron).
