Rock Strainer

This rapid is steep and rocky with dodgy options extreme left and right. Fortunately there is a very easy sneak down the centre. Go right where the river splits around a tiny island but hug the inside line (ie left). After the island you re-enter the left channel missing all the nasty stuff to your left.
